Workshop "Meet your Coach"
In autumn 2023, Meet your Coach – a special „speed dating“ event has been launched. Scientists at all career levels within the Cluster were invited to meet different coaches and make use of personal coaching sessions funded by the Cluster to develop further. During the event, participants had the opportunity to get to know the individual coaches and their focus topics. These topics ranged from profitable conflict management, especially in international research groups, leadership skills, career planning and personality development to highlight own skills and strengths, as well as questions regarding profitable support and successful networking in science.
After the “Meet your Coach” event, the Cluster offered the opportunity to get a coaching for everyone in the Cluster in order to further develop their career and/or personal skills.
